SAMPLES TRANSFER TO MICROPLAQUE 96: e.g. 18 min to put 96 Covid-19 samples (from Greiner tube type) to a 96 DeepWell + 7 min to add the lysis buffer (pre-set), the magnetic beads and the binding buffer. PREPARATION OF 96 WELLS PLATES FOR EXTRACTION AND PURIFICATION: e.g. 8 min to prepare 96 wells plate with wash1, wash2, wash3, and elution buffers. PCR 96 PLATE PREPARATION: e.g. 10 min to prepare a 96 plate PCR (eluted RNA + Mastermix)
